Sometimes no pollen is really low pollen. Live, green pollen sacs are too moist for the pollen to escape when it opens. You can clip the branches and dry them - I put them in a box in the fridge. After that crushing the pollen sacs on a screen will produce some pollen.

ok I have enough that it would hurt anything. This was the smallest plant but it passed the other one up a while ago. The 3 rd plant the cats are piddling in so its dying. I even trued transplanting it to another location but it is too late no amount if flushing is going to undo the damage. I have all of winter to figure out how to keep the cats out. Got to find a way safe for the a-hat kittens. Not trying to kill them. If that was the case I could just release the hounds.

Grow catnip in various places and the cats might ignore the weed?

I just checked her Trics this is what I found. She is getting there . Some have more amber others no amber one looks purplein a spot or 2
Purple or are my eyes just that bad. I have never seen this before. Strain is Black Alaska Purple

Looks like a few purple trichomes to me
I didn't know trics turned purple. Is that good or bad. Last week kittens broke a lower branch. I dried it and just smoked sone this morning. Been curing since 8-18 so not long. It had so much resin in it, I had to use the ninja to grind her to smoke her. Then my lips and tongue were tingling. In a pleasant way not like the when I go to the dentist.
So is it good or bad?

It's the amber you want to pay attention to. The purple does not gauge potency.

Once you begin to see Amber, it's really up to you and the high your looking to achieve with this plant.. but, without having grown it before it's a guess.
Ask yourself this. Are you looking to have this as a bedtime strain, really zonk ya out.. then run her
until she is full on amber .
If your wanting it to be great but not so sleepy, harvest now.
Neville harvests his Haze at Milky Trichomes just beginning to amber like yours is.. says it's almost to potent otherwise.

She is seeded up too so I will let her go another week as long as I don’t see any caterpillars And I don’t. Some of the seeds need more time and purple trichomes come on. I wish I had cloned her. The seeds will have to do. Black Alaska Purple X C99 here we come. These all came from one bud I snipped off to check the trichomes. It was a lower less visible bud. This plant has one of my favorite strains growing in her. She grew exactly like her cousin BbsBad ass. They both have the Black in her. That must be the magic strain. I also have the Black growing. She also grew similar. The purple hairs the rock hard buds excellent structure on the plant. Heat and drought tolerant. What else could you want from the plant. The weed is awesome too boot!
