Some of the finished basements are called walk outs.... walks right out into the backyard.. and I can stick my kid brother down there out of my hair.. it's a win win. hahaha.

Yeah, so close to getting this ball rolling to. Meet my realtor next week to list this place Friday... could be 2wks, could be 2mos.. however, we are all packed up almost, spent the past few days pressure washing the driveway, carport awning, screened in porch and wooden deck today... that working above your head is for kids, not my old keester and 4 back surgeries... however, I plug along a few hours here, take a break, an hour there... go take a nap. then I'm back at it every night packing boxes up... the shed is full.. lol.

Place cleans up nice... hopefully all goes well next week....

I'm so dang sore today from pressure washing 3 days in a row... it's the shoulders and low back.. been a busy week. today a stack of boxes fell over onto my leg, seems we bruise instantly after 60... because, well yeah.. grrr
tough thru it, tomorrow we tackle the 2 bathroom sinks and if goes well the kitchen sink faucets is all we are doing.. all have that calcium build up. some touch up painting and cleaning up before next weekend... wheew

Put dome salve on it. It will help to heal the bruise faster and help with the pain. Ladybug can reach the areas you cant

just need to stage some better indoor photos she said.. yeah, I rushed it. we just may find ourselves with plenty of $$ from the proceeds and homeless... doh. It's all about the logistics of needing the funds from this sale to buy our new place.. looking into rentals, just checking all options... a few places we are watching are vacant so it can be done..
MJ your salve works wonders. the box hit my leg from a good falling height and bruised my area next to my shin.. found out at 61 takes longer to heal and bruises easier... my pet rock was in the box so I accused him of biting me for not leaving him an air hole.... hahahaha

Yep sure does take longer and ya bruise easier. That shin thing is gonna hurt for a while but the salve does help with pain and bruising. Mine still hurts if I touch it, but no longer hurts if I put weight on it. A stack of 5 gal buckets fell out of my garden cabinet. Hit my shin and slid down the shin. Bruised me pretty good.
