What is in your backyard?

Was a bunch of cut up pecan limbs, where a huge one fell off the neighbor's tree, over the fence in my yard. I picked up enough to cut the grass, still some to get. My tomato and pepper plants, in pots and grow bags, my dwarf lime tree, a big pot of lemon balm, three big pots of thyme, some pots of catnip, my grandmother's swing she gave us the year she passed, the catio I built for the kitties, my grill and my offset smoker, some very old milk and wine lilies I saved, and have got growing in a big pot. My back yard is crowded...lol

Those pecan limbs will be good for your smoker.

Yeah, but this limb is so big it kicked my butt, cutting it up...the thickest part is double the size of a dinner plate. I am disabled with back issues, so lifting those thick pieces aren't exactly what I want to do...after I cut it up, she tried to talk me into taking the whole thing, for my smoker, and fire ring...I might end up doing it, but it won't be fast, or all at once. I usually keep a supply of pecan limbs that fall from the trees, I use it grilling too...

Can’t say I have ever seen fresh figs in a store, or maybe I just never looked for them.
How do they taste?

I think they’re kinda bland. Auntie Groovy has some new recipes to try, so it could be more than a cool looking tree.
