What other hobbies do you have?

I bought a Squier P-bass thirty years ago. The flatwounds on it are unchanged for twenty years. It stays in tune no matter what you do to it. Less than $200.

I have had the same tape wounds on this Foundation for over 30 years.
One night, the lead player asked if I had extra strings with me.
I said no.
He asked why not.
I said I figured if one of my strings ever broke we would all be dead anyway, lol.
