Total newbie

Hello. I bought THIS grow tent
I just ordered THIS lighting.
Any opinions?

I’m only growing three plants. Nothing serious. Just enjoying watching them grow.
I planted my plants in like mid-June. Only one survived. It’s too cold now so I decided to take it indoors.
My plant’s only like 3-4in. tall. It’s barely growing. It was growing in minimum lighting. Where should I begin.

Also the top layer of the soil is moss/green

Don't know anything about those products but I'm guessing they will grow weed.

Start over with Good soil and new seeds,

That light is only 100watts not 1000watts the light companies play trick and say they are more than they are.
But hey its your 1st time, if you get the bug to grow good weed you will update equip quickly, Im sure of it.

Welcome aboard.

I'm not a big fan of those lamps but they will grow weed. Not super good but it'll grow. If your not serious about growing a consumable crop this will do for ya but don't expect much of a return for all you put into it.

It's a good idea to read some grow journals when your starting out. Find a method that you think will work for you and roll with it.

Well, the good news is, if you get it to reveg, you are going to have a monster of a plant.
What light cycle do you have it in now?

I personally wouldn't waste my time but that's just me. I would start some good beans and start from scratch.
Like Flower said you could try and reveg it if you want but I would still start some good beans and have other options.

I kinda got attached to my plant. I would prefer to rescue it, How would you get it to reveg? Just set the lighting timer to a particular amount of hours?
If so how long?

I have a new lighting fixture which will arrive on Friday.
The light I have now is only like 150w or so with the timer set at 15hrs.

Put it back under more than 12 hrs light a day

Just leave the light on until you get a replacement. No reason to use the timer at all.

What he said..^^^^ If ya wanna reveg...assuming it's a photo fem...24hr light will do it quicker.

Are ya sure it's not an auto? They pop up in fem photo seed sometimes.

I understand your attachment. It's cool to watch them grow....but this one is just a tease. I'd start some new seed...do a little reading. Reset n rerun.

The light I ordered is 1000w.
How many hours of light for reveg stage with it?

Also if I start from the beginning with new seeds how many hours of light for the veg stage with the new light?

And how many hours of light for the flowering stage?

In veg you can run your lights 24/7 or 18/6 if you want.
But if your trying to reveg I would suggest 24/7
When you get ready to flip you will need to run your lights 12/12.
