your like me shortbus keep adding things to my to do list. so Ian guessing you really don't like those nl. thought they would give more

no, it was 100% my fault. i think the strain itself has potential. yes, i think seedsman needs to weed out that nasty sativa dominant pheno, but thats neither here nor there. the smaller girl i believe could have doubled its weight, easily. had i not forced her to flower 10-15" from the light beneath the larger plant's canopy for about 3 weeks. to be perfectly honest, i dont think i was seasoned enough to properly handle how outrageously fast that pheno grew. i could estimate that i cut off about 2' of vertical growth trying to keep her in check. so she grew a total of 8' in 85 days. i literally just didn't know what to do with her. to make matters even worse, i went 0-30 trying to clone these 2 girls(that was a very humbling 3 weeks). on an up note i plan on giving NL another go in the future.

so whats up with the cloning theses days alot of the family been doing bad with cloning . will start cloning tonight as my male is getting to big for my veg room and need to clone him so i can take his butt out my room. so whats next on the grow list i saw a video ghs superbud i think that fits your grow stlye really well

the ww that germ'd slowly is catching up a bit. i had an accident as you can see in pic 2. i dont think the jackdiesel is going to make it. looks like she lost her growth node. she's hasn't made any progress in 4 days. they'll get fed soon as i see roots out of the bottom of the net pots on all of em.

my critical HOG is showing purple in its leaves at 2 weeks old. is this something that can happen in purple strains? its been really cold here lately and i'm frugal when it comes to running the heat. i'd say at lowest temp the veg room hit around 68F. i just wanna make sure the purpling isn't a problem & just an effect from the cold weather

i pulled my lights up to get a good shot. after close inspection, it looks as though 3 of the strains are showing purple hues. critical HOG, ww auto, & cannalope kush.

all is well so far. tossing the jack diesel. it has no growth node therefore it cannot grow. it makes me sad b/c i really was looking forward to seeing how she grows.

moved the c-hog, c-kush, og kush, & gigabud into flowering room. the white widow is behind about 5 days so she will chill in the veg room a bit longer. the vintage 2006 isnt looking too good & i have no idea what is wrong with her, so i'm not going to flower her yet.

the girls in the flower room have been bumped to 800ppm

edit: the 5th plant in the back is the ww auto i'm growing for the 64oz mini group grow. she's in ffof and will be getting fed bloom tea's when she starts to show

i cut down the vintage. she was starting to look better, but the growth was too slow. the white widow was transplanted into soil, & placed in the flower room. she's under performing as far as total growth is concerned, but she's healthy so she will continue on. she wont be cloned for future runs though. the ww auto in the back is looking heathy, and coming along nicely. as a matter of fact they're all looking very healthy. the 4 stars of the show in the middle were fimmed yesterday. cloning will being in about a week, when the secondary shoots begin to stretch.

gave them a good trim and cut some clones. all but the ww have pre-flowers. the ww is only 7 days since flip. finally picked up some activated carbon and installed the carbon filter. it reduced the noise made by the fan a tad, and thats always a +. i'll be able to see if the carbon filter is working in a few weeks.

just a group shot and a solo shot of the white widow. the soil i cooked seems to be doing its job so far. i really need my blackstrap to arrive in the mail, so i can make some more tea's. gotta run to the local garden shop this week to pick up some more myco & the fresh castings i ordered. the wife says i'm not allowed to buy any more toys for my grow room till i do a little $haring with friends and family.

and the budding begins...

the white widow in the organic soil got a tea feeding and a little foliar spray as well.

tea recipe:

- 1/4 cup biotone starter plus
- 1/4 cup worm castings
- 1/2 tablespoon blood meal
- 1/2 tablespoon bone meal
- 1/4 cup fox farm big bloom
- 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses

bubbled for 36 hours in 3gal of water

foliar spray was cut with 50% water

my first attempt at organic soil is showing promise. no deficiency, toxicity, ph, or problems of any kind thus far. she's a bit vertically challenged, but she's been small from the beginning. she stands a respectable 24" high. no 1 left behind is my motto in my grow room. :icon_smile:

my cloning has taken a turn for the better. these have all taken root.

6 - cannalope kush
3 - og kush
2 - critical hog
3 - gigabud

the 6 cannalope kush will go in the aero system, the rest will go in organic soil
