I have 12 seeds germinating and 9 of them have about a inch and a half sprout i was wondering how long i could keep these before they would die. The reason is because there is suposed to be a juicy rain storm and i dont want to plant my seeds and them getting drowned by the heavy rainfall. Will they last a day or 2 even if fully germinated?

There is a chance but i'd put them in some sort of medium. Maybe someone else will have a suggestion!

if you cant grow insiden, I personally wouldent even try because you will have to wait untill 2008 before you could harvest they bud once a year outside

I had 3 seeds germinating in a glass/paper towel. and they did great even with the roots swimming in the water and some leaves out on top. If i where you I would wait out the hard rain. that is if its not expected to last for the next week.
also when they are this young I dont think you can drown them just from rain water. just drop the sprout deep enough so the seedling doesnt get pounded by the rain as the sprout comes up.

Put them in the ground and put a tent of some kind over them, like a 2 liter bottle, plastic milk jug , or even some sticks and plastic.

Make sure you remove the tents after the rain.
