6 weeks into these autos. This one is my heavy stress plant. Even though she is in flower I laid her out for the last time. The goal is to get the max from this plant too to bottom.

I'd say this plant has responded well to the heavy training.

The other one. Well, it's all bunched up near the main cola. I don't see much opportunity to train this any further and I'll just leave it alone. She shot two horns out in the stretch. I guess that's all the gas she's got.

I've got a few more a little behind but they are coming along. Floaters on them. Let's see what happens.

I had my doubts in the beginning but this plant has taken off better than first thought.

Caught my own suprise today. I tied back and trimmed some leaves on the interior, also tried to see how long I could just bottom feed for. Not sure if she is just thirsty. Or stressed from chopping or both. Top fed with some jacks and Epsom and will see how she responds Day 41

They look decent the food will help nice and big at least.

That’s my hope, I had to dial back the emotion for a second there being a newby: 😂 at first I kinda panicked and wanted to adjust 10000 things. Pulled myself together and Stuck to the system. Got the upper soil hydrated and now just gonna wait. I think with this one I’m going to take off some fan leafs down below every other day and see how it responds compared to the ones I just let run wild. Will report back in a week or so.

Carty shows how he removes and where. With little arrows. Go through the thread and see. There are several demonstrations with different plants. Its a very good thread.

I’ll definitely dive into that. I saw the one where he peels the cotyledon leaves and trims the single blades. And did that on these and it worked great! Now to learn phase two of pruning cartys way. Thanks!

Go through the thread and look for the arrows on pics. He has done it multiple times. It’s a long thread. If you ever have time I would read the whole thing.

Remove leaf anytime ya want. If it blocks light remove it...simple.

Common sense goes a long way with plant manipulation. Carty is a little reserved with his approach which is fine. I push it to the limit and have had no issues.

If anything, every bud sites is laid out and getting direct light. Not a huge plant but it's gonna produce at least a few ozs.

True I am a plucker too. The one plant he is doing Carty's way. The other 2 are done different as well. One he topped, and the other LST I believe. He is seeing what he likes. He is a newer grower. I like seeing the differences. Carty’s method is the biggest one too!
