Low stress training.. Need help

Ive been trying to do research on this using scroogle but all I find is people LST'ing from the very beginning. Im already a little more than a month from germination and my plants are close to being one foot long. How do I go about LST'ing now?

start by pulling the top down horizonal, within a couple hours in the light they'll turn there leaves back up. lead all branches toward the sides of the container. I use pipe cleaners(the colored fussy things) they work perfectly. I leave mine tied for a week, then untie them for a few days....tie them again in a different angle, hope this helps.

So basically Im going to tie them so that the top faces sideways? and I keep doing this right? That pipe cleaner is a great idea. Very resourceful.

make sure you put one at the base going the opposite direction so you dont uproot your plant.

Oh ok...I wouldnt have thought of that. It would take a lot of stress in roder for me to uproot wouldnt it?

not really.. the plants main stem gets pretty sturdy... tying the plant back the opposite way is 1000% needed.

Here ya go....This pic was taken around week three, You can see the 'counter' tie at the base, Like Rocky D said...you dont want to put much stress on the roots...hints: Low Stress Training..lol. tie 'em down and show us some pix omni
hey..some strains dont naturaly sprout many tops, if you're aiming to bush these babies out you will need to trim the tops accordingly.
