What Happens if I Pollinate a Female with a Hermie?

Hey, everyone. I got a hermaphrodite. I have a couple questions:

1. If I pollinate a girl, will I have fem seeds?
2. Can I just judiciously remove sacs and smoke the bud from the hermaphrodite?
3. If I let it go and it pollinates itself, will all the seeds be hermies or fem?

Fyi, I believe it was a genetic hermie, not stress induced but it could be from high temps, high humidity, or small light leaks I I think its genetic because the first preflower resemble neither Male or female. it threw sacks first and today I noticed white hairs forming everywhere

I did something once when I 1st started growing
Mixed 8 diff plants and let them grow , had seeds everywhere and some not.
The seeded plant or plants produced some many healthy seeds I could not part with them (trash them ) Now to this day everyone has been a female
I popped 25 and all were female. then again this yr popped 8 all 8 female
Go figure The weed is good too.
