Morning giggy I also had a very slow waking up this morning. Awake now.
Finally cook my New Year bean for the year. Northern White with cook ham. They came out pretty good.

we had black eyed peas with fried hog jaw, collard greens and mac&cheese new years day. we eat a lot of pinto beans. when we have a dinner at lodge, everybody starts asking about my wife's cowboy beans and cornbread.

Still minor chest pains, not sure why yet. I go back to the heart doctor Wed. Now I got to go see a lung doctor but don't know when yet. My grandmother had angina, it would make her feel like she was having a heart attack.

You can try nitroglycerin tablets and if it helps the pain,, then it's Angina. That's normally caused by narrowing of the arteries or of an artery. Been there done that. Does it happen setting down or moving around?
Or it could be from the ablation just not being healed up yet brother.

Just finished cutting and hanging a ODD. Tres Haze x Grape Ape. Will do a dry trim in a week. I ran it 78 days. Something tells me I should have let it go longer. I have another a week behind. I might let this one go over 80 days.

What Is Apizza?​

First things first, though. What's the deal with that letter "a" at the beginning? Is that some sort of typo?

Actually, no, the "a" belongs there. New Haven apizza is pronounced "abeets," which is a throwback to the way it was pronounced by the original Neapolitan immigrants who moved to the area around the turn of the 20th century.

Basically, apizza is a thin-crust pizza that is traditionally baked in a coal-fired brick oven. The coal gives the crust a sooty, smoky, flavor, and the high heat of the oven gives the bottom of the crust its characteristically charred quality.

When Porky was alive, he'd order a large pizza with everything and double pepperoni and tell them not to cut it. He'd fold the thing in half like a taco and eat the whole damn thing.

I went to Micky D's with him and his older brother. Porky ordered four big macs and four large fries and a Coke. Mike was behind him in line and thanked him for ordering for him. Porky just laughed and told him to buy his own. Mike bet him ten bucks he couldn't eat it all. Porky ate it all, Mike coughed up the money, and Porky went up and ordered two more macs and two more fries. Ate them all, too. As Walt would say, TINS.
