Hey Joe.. I had a straight 6 in both my 1st car, Ford Maverick. and a Jeep 4.0 inline 6. that was a nice jeep.

I've never been a wrench turner.. I worked in Automotive wearing a tie.. Service Manager.. hehe.
love cars, especially the 60 to 72yrs, Mopar rules, ford drools... hehe.

My Dad just finished restoring his 69 Javelin, the shorty with almost no back seat like the AMX.. and his 37 Ford with Flathead V8. that sucker rocks the ground with fired up... but I want the Javy..

I had a friend who did destruction derby, who swore by Pontiac 6's, which he would drain the water out and drive until they siezed and after cooling them down, drove them until they siezed again. Eventually they stopped seizing, so he could drive them in the derby after the radiators were wiped out without them seizing.

Long Island was a meca for tracks. We were kinda famous for the peeps that came out of here .
We go to Riverhead Raceway about 2 x a year because they have some good races there .My buddy is a nascar fan and i learned from him
