hey Cubby.:ciao: ...the 'lil woman just handed me a plate of tuna noodle casserole, to go with the stinky widow...

ok. that was.......filling.....

anything going indoors yet Cubby? have you gotten beans yet even? if so, what have you decided to try out? a few on here are doing the aurora indica. we are going to try that one soon...my bud, godspeed, grew it last year, and gave it the thumbs up. couchlock, thumbs up...by my guesstimates, and friends descriptions, i would say it is in line with the potency of the NL's...

have'nt had any luck so far with our seed run we just finished a few weeks ago...made a scuff box...give that a go...just the paper towel alone, would not germ...they are thick hulled. hoping this works. they may just need more dry time...hhmmmm...

the stinky is officially,,, very stoney weed... daytime i would say, which is good, cause we have plenty of night time smoke already...this one made the entire crop pretty even on that note...half day/ half night smoke...

i'll give most of this plant to my bro that is the sickest...the others have plenty, and this guy smokes a bit more, being he's real sick from this round of chemo... + , it will cheer him up, and get him outta his funk momentarily...i called his wife, and told her of my plan, and BONUS, she is coming to pick it up, so i don't have to make the 60 some mile trip...also, shes bringing cookies.:hubba: :D  ...i'm a sucker for home made cookies...say's he took a couple tokes off his rhino a few hours ago, and been out like a baby...:D ...this is a good thing...wish i could do more for my old friend, but this will have to do...

later friends...

Irish did you try putting the seeds in the freezer, after they dried?

Howdy Irish,:ciao:
Unfortunately I have'nt had the opportunity to start a indoor grow this winter because of business travel. But I have corraled some beans, I have Big Bud and a NL x Big Bud cross. I'm glad I'm a multi-disapline grower (indoor, outdoor, greenhouse, soil, and hydro). I have plenty of mason jars put away from this past fall, but variety is the spice of life.
I should be able to cut back on my travel (if I can find a shop/opperations manager with a brain). So my plans at the moment are to start my outdoor plants in my grow closet, get them to around 1/2 foot tall then take some clones, and put the mothers on the sun porch (I have a 2'X6' hydro unit out there, for growing herbs, the culinary kind). The mothers will be grown start to finnish on the sun porch but the clones will be devided into 4 groups. I'm gonna' experiment with them. They will grown - in the ground, in the greenhouse, in 5 gallon buckets outside, and in the grow closet in the basement. It's not to harvest tons of weed but rather to see wich method gives the best bang for the buck, so to speak.
Take care friend.

hmmm, puff, just the way I was taught by my uncle back in the 70's...dry for a month, into the freezer for 3 days, and then into a dark tin. I have never had a problem with germination, and even germed some seeds over 8 yrs old a while back. I'm not saying right or wrong...just saying how I learned, alot has changed since the 70's lol...so I could be doing it outdated.
