I am so close to harvest yet so far . 20 to 30 % of my plant has started to get bud rot . I have been cutting large buds off and it has slowed it with fans and tarps . Can I get to cooking with it from freshly picked and how . I have used dry bud before but never wet bud . Could I just put it in the oven as decarb method and leave it in longer as it is fresh bud . Also how along are the buds judging from the photos, thinking of leaving the rest of the plant for e week or two .

That plant is far more than 2 weeks from being ready bud. Also maybe it's got to do with your pics or my phone but I can't see any obvious bud rot on those pics. Maybe someone more experienced than I can. If you have any dead leaves be sure to remove them stem and all. That will help reduce bud rot. Other than that not sure what to tell you. Maybe some better pics.
