Please help Problems germinating!

Hi guys ordered some seeds and germinated all ten plus 3 of 5 freebies the strains are double bubble and thai/skunk1 5 of the 10 double bubble popped an none of the thia/skunk1 popped so I planted in promix 1/2 inch deep hole and only 2 came up? I don't no what I did wrong the seeds were stored in the fridge in a tuperware container with rice for moisture, I tryed 2 different methods of germinating 1 with just a glass of distilled water on the tv box and the other with paper towel in a ziplock baggie in a tupperware container also with distilled water on the tv box, glass tech 5 seeds popped but only 2 grew from soil the paper towel method I had no luck I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong the only thing I can think of is that maybe the tv box is to warm I don't no but I need help please thanks again PP:hubba:

P.S The Doublebubble is White label seeds and the other is a freebie from Seedboutique I don't think its the seeds I think its me please help

Some seeds take a long time to germ, ive had some crack in less than 24 hours and some take 10 days, your doing it correct

My WW didn't pop for about 3 days after the others. However my BB from Dutch Passion popped in under 10 hours. They look much better then the others as far as size and color. I think the quality of the genetics plays a big role. Like the saying goes "you get what you pay for". Who did the beans come from, not bank wise but breeder wise?

the doublebubble came from White label seeds and the thai/skunk cross was Sam the Skunk man seeds

make sure medium is warm. with these methods you can see the sprout the entire time so you know whats going on.
