## Growing Update: Day 54

I was blessed with some great beans! I germinated five and ended up with two girls. Unfortunately, I had to go on vacation around Week 2-3, and they were stunted due to a little light burn and dehydration. Fortunately, they made a comeback, and now we’re at Day 54 with only 30 days left until harvest!

I've developed my own bottom-feeding style that I’ve come to really appreciate. For my next grow, I think I need to upsize my pots; 2-gallon containers might be holding them back. Only time will tell!

Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the finish line! 84 out the door

Pretty plants and good job on the recovery.

Them fabric pots seem to do a good job in 2gal. I've used plastic 3gal grow bags and the fabric on autos. To me they grew bigger and better in the fabric pots. I use 7gal plastic bags for my photos and they do great but the auto in a 3 gal bag just doesn't perform well for me.

I'm in for the 84 day update... 🍿

# Miss Piggy F3 Auto: Day 60

It’s Day 60, and I'm thrilled to report that these two are coming along nicely! With just 24 days left until harvest, the anticipation is building, and the sweet aroma of bubblegum fills the air, creating an enchanting atmosphere in the tent.

Each day, I’m seeing more progress—lush growth and dense flowers that promise a rewarding yield. The delightful aroma not only evokes fond childhood memories of those little gumballs I would pick up at the grocery store checkout, but it also reassures me that my efforts are paying off.

As we approach these final weeks, I’ll continue to monitor their needs closely. I’m curious—does anyone use small humidifiers in their tent? I have one set up outside, and it seems that growth thrives where the moisture comes in.

Stay tuned for more updates as we count down to harvest!

### Day 66:

With less than 18 days to go, I’m beginning to wind things down and plan for my next grow—The GMO Jojo. harvest from my first grow is now dried and in cure bags, yielding just under 8 ounces from three plants. While I made some mistakes along the way, I’m pleased with the results.

For my next round, I aim to surpass that yield with these two plants, and in the future I’m targeting 8 ounces from a single plant in 84 days. I believe that with a bit of help from a humidifier, I can push these little beans harder and achieve better growth earlier in the cycle, but only time will tell.

Stay tuned for the adventure ahead as we explore how high of an EC we can manage with autoflowers early on and how it correlates with yield!View attachment IMG_2316.jpeg

### Day 69: The Auto Bug

It’s hard not to catch the auto bug from @Carty with his enthusiasm for them! This is the smaller of the two gals I have going, and the genetics are truly impressive, producing some big beautiful flowers.

Now it’s time to start dialing down the light and nutrients while slightly increasing the humidity. It looks like I’ll have another harvest in just 84 days!

Is that the gabagoo? If it is you are a friken Wizzard

😂
It’s not just a straight-up Gabagoo— The label on this pack said Miss Piggy F3 Auto, which suggests there might be some Gabagoo genetics in there. I liked the name, and this is the result!

I have a theory that autoflowers can handle more water than I initially provided, which may have contributed to stunted growth and early flowering. To address this, I focused on bottom feeding in a small tray with about 2-3” risers, and I’m seeing some remarkable results. I’ve been giving them 6-8 cups of water a day, and I've learned that I can easily adjust this amount using a simple humidifier. When I increase the humidity, they drink less.

With bottom feeding, I’ve also noticed that a lot of the salt rises to the top 2-3” of the peat, where there aren’t as many roots (if any). As a result, the bottom of the pot stays relatively clean. I clean out the bottom tray every couple of weeks to manage a bit of algae that collects.

Oh yes I have not tried that yet. It eill be the next autos I have several different phenos of her. Miss piggy looks like a great name for her.

Miss Piggy is a big gal for sure and congrats, looks like you know what your doing when it comes to autos too... whatever your technique is, don't change it because these results speak for themselves my friend.
Miss PIggy does have Gabagoo in her. An F2 from years ago... Gabagoo F2 x Man Bear Alien Pig x Mi5. The pheno of Gabagoo used was a bigger one we nicknamed Mr Magoo because that **** missed you up like you had his glasses on... hahahaha. Miss Piggy has been tested outdoors in Humboldt and she was at 11ft before cops got her... In Mass she was so tall she could be seen over a 2 story house and harvested 14lbs..... sent me 2oz of her and she was incredible and frosty....

Yup.... and here is how her name came about.... It's my wife's nickname between us, she has short stocky legs like Miss PIggy, and I love them... therefor the crossing using Man Bear Alien PIg, pictured below is the Mom of MP..
