All hail Sunday! An overcast day here, starting at 38F.

I started with two 10 mg D-9 gummies Friday and titrated up to four yesterday, with good effects. I took three this morning to see if I overshot it and asked for more information about these gummies, as it takes 150 to 200 mg to feel effects from the gummies at the local dispensary.

Also doing research on a process offered on Future4200 as a cellular tablet, that isn't, but significantly increases uptake rates, so as to greatly enhance effects.

We went to a Magic of Science magic show at OMSI last night, which was done well. Nice illusions and affects.

Well, at the moment... I am having a moment. I just took my very first ever hit on a whatever that Jamaican guy's name is given for it. Marley.

To my shame, while I was sitting outside (72F) under my ylang-ylang tree and reading, Discovered I could not, simply not, let the smoke be wasted. So I got wasted instead. I took two hits on the Marley, and bagged.

Thataway, I could read my sea adventure book. I lost count of the number of visible exhales somewhere in the middle of a naval battle off the coast of Ushant. But I know it was in excess of 70.

And now I am higher than an eagle's pecker.

Just wondering myself how many gummies it would take for me to feel it. I’m thinking a whole bag... Im thinking I would have done 5 maybe 6 instead of three today

I'm searching for the threshold as opposed to my limits. Having ODed before, I like to feel out new meds from new sources carefully, and I infer given the quantity they provided that they would like a good evaluation.

I am feeling it at 3, so will use that as my threshold and having already tried 4, will try 5 next time. I no longer experience ear to ear grinning euphoric highs at any dosage, and as it increases start losing my short-term memory, followed by getting drowsy.

I guess that I would be satisfied if I felt something at three. I just figure I need my edibles to be made out of flower which most folks don’t use for their edibles. A lot of folks have given me edibles but I would rather waste my calories on a big bowl of pasta rather than a weird rice crispy treat loaded with calories that don’t work…. I have been able to feel my alcohol tincture under the tongue method but it was made with my best flower for my SIL doing chemo treatments. It worked well for him and myself unbelievably

The observable effects of oral ingestion, smoking, vaporizing, and suppositories are all different.

Smoking or vaporizing produces the fastest and most intense highs.

Except for sublingual's, oral ingestion must first pass through our digestive systems to enter our bloodstreams and is immediately set upon by our livers to change it. Sublinguals enter directly into the bloodstream but are subsequently broken down by our livers.

Ethanol tincture-based sublingual's also give an alcohol boost that arrives early and intensifies the effects.

Suppositories bypass the digestive system, but are still modified by our livers, as is smoking and vaping.

I'm experimenting with gummies to reduce the amount of dabbing that I do in deference to my aging lungs. They provide a nice background so that it takes fewer dabs to stay in the zone.

It helped immensely with his nausea and appetite which helped him keep nutrients down. I’m afraid tho his time is coming to an end soon as his liver and pancreas is shutting down. They are calling in help this week

A friend of mine gave me one of her little zucchini bread loaves that had been infused. Little buggers were about six inches long. The bread tasted devine. Without paying attention, I'd eaten the whole thing. As I sat there licking the crumbs outta my moustache, I remembered that she'd said to eat a quarter of the loaf and hang on. After three hours, it wasn't a pleasant trip. I found myself under the bed counting dust bunnies for the next five hours or so. Sure did taste good though.

Had a guy at the first Cup I went to hand Yoop, Bozzo, and me a gummy each. I asked what they were. He told me and said to only bite the head off if I'd never eaten one before. Glad I listened. Takes a while to come on, but sticks around a long time once it gets there.

More unsuccessful tries to recover the pictures for GWL and moving on to another possible technique.

Titrating gummies again today. I've established onset and am looking for limits.
