Autos are easier for s beginner.
I have to disagree Jan. Autos are an easy grow for someone who knows how to grow.

I'd suggest a nice easy to grow fem photo. Mainly because if the guy runs into issues he has time to correct it with the photo. With an auto you don't get that time to fix. It goes right into flower. Which can often lead to more problems.

I agree. I'd suggest a disease resistant indica photo as the best place to start. Doing my first end to end indoor grow last year, I wanted a success, so I checked RQS's easiest growing strains and it went smoothly.

How many plants can I expect to grow with THIS tent?
I cant see your links there. But depending on how much time you got you could fill out any tent with 1 plant, or fit 6 in any tent, if you bonzai them right. One plant per 60cm square or 2 ft so a 2x2 for a normal sized plant. It depends on how you train them also.
