My baby just fixed me and a bacon and toast sandwich. No lettuce or tomato. Just good ole bacon. Then she made blueberry muffins, one of my favorites. My wife is the best!

I was laying here cuddled up to the Old Hen, watching the tube, and I must have found a spot where the back wasn't screaming too loud. Out went the lights. Caught some shuteye. Gonna try and catch some more 'cause the plowing starts tomorrow. Got a funny feeling that it ain't gonna be nearly as much as the weather nerds are calling for.
Did pretty good on the diet yesterday. 480 calories of the Nectar of the Gods, one strip of crispy bacon, and a tootsie pop. 600 calorie total. Looking forward to Saturday cheat day!

Shit thats low calorie for sure. I´d probably die. I'm into regulating my bloodsugar now and doing fasts and stuff. The idea is for the body to catabolize(?) itself a bit so it can build up with new tissue and I can be young again and live forever. I don't follow an established diet really, but high in eggs, meat, fish and nuts. And coffee and weed.

Yet another double gorgeous clear blue sky day starting at 27F and predicted to soar to 38F, with snow predicted the next two days.
Gym first thing this morning and an opportunity to learn the effects of my talking to the gym general manager regarding luke warm Jacuzzi's and smart mouth employees.
Followed by Fernhill dawg park to let the cleaning ladies spiff up the homestead, while Miss Layla catches up on the latest butt news.
The electrical clamps that I need to finish the EV circuit wiring job arrived, but it's too cold to be working in our unheated garage, so sticking to indoor sports and unbridled wanton debauchery.

Just woke up, my back was screamin' like a demon. So was my baby's. Took some pharma to see if it helps calm it down. It's a balmy 22 degrees outside, with a bit of snow on the ground. Don't think we will get as much as they said we would, which I am grateful for.

We a fit stoner bunch 
usually the stoners I run into look like they eat fucking anything they find of the sidewalks. I think training and weed goes hand in hand perfectly. The focus I get, the sense of existing in the absolute now, no history, no future. I love it.

The games afoot! After being given advice and council by his manager, the lazy smart mouth A-hole opening the gym up in the morning didn't arrive until four minutes before opening, left the front door standing wide open at 27F outdoor temps, was sullen, the Jacuzzi was luke warm and he didn't even turn on the steam room until just before I was walking out the door.
Sooooo, if he wants a game, so be it, I just drafted a record sheet and will furnish it weekly to the General Manager.
