My Brother Stash pays between his house and his 8k sq ft shop attached to a another acre in a industrial zone 46K

Must be pick on Pute day.....my property tax was $4,500 this year.... homeowners ins is now up to $4,000.... How is a poor retired white boy supposed to pay for this....?

Took my truck to the shop yesterday for a simple oil change....$1,200 later. What a country.

my neighborhood aint so fancy but it is a hella’ lot cheaper to live here than the big city
