I dare ya.๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
I just can't do it.. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I mean there so many confused new growers on there it nuts. Ohio has opened the flood gates and tons of new folks growing. Tons of poor information thrown at them too. Most attend the YouTube school of cannabis. A fine upstanding establishment.

My sweet n sexy wife gifted me a nice trim tray the other day. Only problem is I don't trim. So, we've turned it into a rolling tray. Kinda big but it does the job and we've been catching a lot of fairy dust. Sure piles up quick.

Cinderella99 #2 Scrog

She's just started into the dark cycle last night. So, today is day one of flower. Last night the chemicals in her let the plant know it go time.

I keep the start date of when I flip to 12/12. Some don't start counting till they see hairs. Regardless of when you start counting you will end when you end. Only concern I have in flower is how long they will stretch. After that is a no brainer. Build bud and wait her out.

Took a pic to compare with some pics later.

Cleaned it up a little bit by removing some leaf and coaxed a few branches in the right direction. I'll do this as needed until time comes I need to no more. We will see in a few weeks.

Real pleased with the growth on these cjc91s. At 14 days above ground Iโ€™ve removed some leaf. I typically take the 3rd and 4th node leaf first after they are well established. Expose sites and leave the others.

Ive never run into any issues doing this. No stunted or interrupted growth. Its for sure less invasive than topping. Some just tie down leaf or tuck it to get it out of the way. Iโ€™ve found removing it to be best for my needs. In my mind growing weed indoors is not natural so something has to give. Light penetration is super important indoors. Leaf needs to go if itโ€™s in the way.
Another thing that floats in my head about leaf removal is if you see green on a plant photosynthesis is happening. Itโ€™s growing. If I remove a few panels the undergrowth takes over producing more leaf quickly. I'm not only increasing light intensity I'm coaxing it to grow more.
I get theโ€ฆleaves are solar panelsโ€ฆspeech now n then. In my mind the whole plant is a solar panel.

The Canna godz have failed me. My new strawberry Banana dampened off. May have been an older seed I'm not sure.

Soaking a few more seeds. First one to emerge from medium wins.
It'll be a little behind but that's okay. I never get the amount I want to sprout. To many or not enough. Always a struggle.

These cjc91s are moving right along at 19 days. Removed a few more leaves to open her up. I'll be bending over that main soon.

The Strawberry Banana is doing fine at 17 days. Removed a few leaves as well.

The new addition will be another cjc91 fem if it emerges.

End of week 1 12/12

Getting a lot of growth. Letting them grow out a few more days before pulling them back under.

Seems like this under canopy plugs up in just days. I've forgotten how dense the growth can get with these clones. I guess Ive got some work to do.

Yup...and why my Jan grow has plants a week apart, 2wks apart..... lol. so the race is on..
Love to see someone doing a real SCROG grow.... sounded like you were going to go back to training her to grow laterally and fill up that screen before feeding budsites up and thru.... did this for years bro..
I ran 2 AK47 and filled a 3ft x 5ft screen bro...
Spread them branches outward more so that inner stuff can reach your screen in the center... then remove everything below the screen, clean her up like you said and watch out....

Welcome Carty. Don't get ya in here much. I know your a old scrog guy. I'm waking up the old love of a scrog mode. Only difference is I use flowering clones. Most folks do not. I learned to grow using a screen a few decades ago. It's definitely a productive way to grow.
With this scrog I either pull n tuck branches daily or wait a few days. It's really up to the grower. At week 2.5-3 I'll see where I'm at with this thing. That may be my last pulling session. Get them set in the screen and let them grow.

My next auto grow I'll be using a low screen. I can run 4 autos under that 4x4 scrog. Throw them under a screen at 30days and roll with it.

22 days above ground for these two cjc91s. I've started their training full swing now. For the next few weeks I'll be twisting and cavorting them into some budsite creating monsters..lol No topping in my game.
They been in those 1gal pots. Noticed roots driving out the bottom. Gotta repot soon.

The Strawberry Banana is growing fast. After removing some leaf she's popped up. She will soon be ready for her bend over session. Getting some tight growth with this one. Very short spacing but growing fast @20days.

Her sister plant is up and 2days old today. So, shes 3weeks behind. I'll fit her into the big tent later. She can be my late bonus plant ..lol. I'm hoping I don't get them funky leaves again.

I'd like to kick these three big ones into flower somewhere after mid month. I want some veg time on these. Last run I threw them into flower a little to early. It all worked out fine but I'm trying to improve on that.

That is about the size of my ice princess

Still no leaf emerging from this Durban Poison but I'm seeing more n more signs of it happening real soon. It's starting to finally unfold more.

Both of the Tangie are kicking out leaf now. I'm seeing lots of green everywhere.

This is a cool exercise or emergency way to preserve a strain or pheno, but not a very practical method, at least for someone like me with a small set up. It takes a long time. Nice to see it can be done, though.

Absolutely agree with that. Ya don't know how many times I almost said *** it and threw them out but I'm pretty stubborn..lol.

This is just a preservation project really. These three take up a small space in the veg tent. Typically I just take at 21days. That works much much better but it's good to show that it can be done at anytime in flower.

I've knocked around the idea of revegging a large long bud stalk. Just to see how insane the branching would be.
