Answer pms from people with no posts. The reason i'm asking is I recieved a pm today asking how many times I ordered, what it comes in, etc and I just deleted it after noticing the person sending it didn't have any posts. Would any of you reply to the same pm, just curious.

Yeah, i guess it is a tough call, I mean what if someone's a bit of a wingnut and just blurts out the questions, you want to be decent to that person yet we watch our own backs and those of our friends around us, yeah tough call, BUT I would rather err on the side of caution.

dont' answer pm's like that man that is just cops fishing for evidence and ways to stop our seeds from getting to us. Fishing expeditions i call them.. because they aren't smart enough to do REAL police work.

I have got a message like that one time and I ignored and deleted it. I get msgs from people with a dozen posts or so all the time though. Asking legitimate grow questions. Most of the time when they make a thread and no one responds because its something very simple that is thoroughly covered in the grow guides.

1. Never reveal yor identity
2. Never post seed bank shipping methods
3. Never agree or discuss seed trading or things of that nature.
4. if you have a troublesome PM tell a mod.

Rest of the stuff, I got a bunch of PM's regarding questions about a grow. ussually someone that is panicking. I just tell them to start a thread and shoot me the link so others can help too.

On a further note is advisable to use an encrypted email such as hushmail for any communication that you want protected. Not a PM as they are not encrypted.
