Roots look nice. I like the clear cup inside an opaque cup thing. Rule of thumb I usually go by is to transplant when the leaves have grown past the edge of the container until I get to my final sized pot. I have let the leaves get way past the edges before and that works but the fresh soil of a new pot always seems to accelerate their growth.

Look good to me; I also wait til leaves spread to edge of cup. Depends on need/desire to pot them up. I always sprinkle aloe powder in the planting hole to help roots prosper.
