Just did some checking. You are young and fit enough to have a good shot at getting a kidney. Deceased donors are the prime source.

The way it works: Blood and tissue type haveta match. You sign up on a list. If/when you hit the lottery, you report immediately to the hospital and they add a kidney downstream from your original two. <-- They stay where they are.

See what the specialist says but be set for the worst in case.

Sitting here awaiting the doc, gfr is 38, not encouraging..:feels like I’m dragging a trailer behind me, tired and fatigued most of the time…I believe I will tear down most of my grow later, just not feeling the love in the garden as of late…I’m costs more to grow good flowers than can be bought from trusted friends…I plan on keeping a few growing but shutting down all but 2 lights…

Boo how is urine color is it dark? Any foam that looks like the head of a fresh poured beer in toilet that remains floating after urinating .

Looks like there is concern with your test number and indicates a problem , he is sending you in for further testing, your numbers are not necessarily very bad
but you need to get check out to find out why it is happening.
I am wondering if you could be flushing yourself out by drinking too much water.
Did you see the Doc yet? Drinking too much water can effect how hard your kidneys work.
 
I drink about a gallon of water every day and have been doing so for as long as I can remember. I don’t understand how I could live over 70 years and no one has ever mentioned the word diabetes to me. The doctor I saw today was an internal specialist and within five minutes of our conversation he’s narrowed it down to diabetes and it all makes sense when you look at the symptoms…now I need to fire yet another doctor… I am so tired of listening to over paid pompous, ignorant individuals that called themselves physicians

That is better than Kidney failure ,No one ever watches your Blood sugar levels A Holes.
A lot of people live long lives with Diabetes there are new meds even,
But you need to find out which type you have type 1 or type 2.
It does not always mean having to do a needle anymore.

You don't seem like someone who eats a lot of sugar or unhealthy food. Should be easy to get under control

Your GFR being low is probably why you are waking up at night that’s one of the symptoms also not helping you dragging all day from not getting the rest your body requires. You doc will probably a scan to see how your kidneys are working. I have another one due on the 9th to see how the surgery helped.

take it easy boo and try to get some rest when you can even if it’s a few naps during the day 💕
