I find it easier to use the plastic pots until the final 7 gallon. They were just transferred from 1 gallon pots. I’ve tried the fabric pots in the past but have some trouble getting the plants out without disturbing the roots so much

one should learn that lesson real quick , like after one transplant

that is the main reason I abandoned felt pots , unless they are 50 gal and up where a plant will finish off

Hey sub got a question. Do you need to free those roots with your hands before transplant or they will just find their way through the bigger pot?
No I just make a hole with the pot I’m gonna transplant of course the level you want it to be at the top of the pot, sprinkle some mycorrhizae in the hole and drop it right in the hole and cover it a little more with soil.
You can see the hole in the soil in this pic of the roots

nice root ****!

So maybe someone could chime in with I know the more calmag thing but this one plant the honey roasted penuts plant has had these cal mag diffency leaves since she’s had leaves. I started calmag watering earlier than normal on all the plants in this tent because of it and I thought couldn’t hurt. But although the plant is growing beautiful with plenty nice leaves, I still pull theses off of it. Think it could be something more than what looks like calmag deficiency to me?

As you can see, you couldn’t ask for a nicer structured plant. I love it and can’t wait to get it under the net but would like to figure out her leaf issue if anyone has ideas.
