good evening everyone,,,,quick ??? if I could ,,,,,,,when up potting is it good to break up the root ball or just pop it in there and fill with soil ,,,,thanks in advance ,,,,,,

No break up....just drop in.

Disturbing the root ball is the single biggest cause of transplant shock. If you damage ANY of the roots that plant will devote all of its energy to repairing the roots at the expense of the rest of the plant.

If it is severely root bound, yes i would loosen the roots. If they are circling the pot they need to be "tickled" out. If plenty of room just put it right in.
