Wow. I love this site so much. I researched for like 2 min and answered my own question about peat moss.
Sweet sweet. Water root is sticking out on most of the germinaters. This is going to be fun.

my local nursery sells a can of 100 ladybugs as well as preying mantis
Get one of them bugeyed bastards to gaurd your plants
I put them to work last year and the mantis hung out for
over 2 months

Ok heres 2 pics. I took 3 others, but they turned out blurry. No biggie. I'll take some more later. I got work soon. Check them out tho. Not bad. 2nd day after being planted. First pic is a closeup of one. Its a little bigger than the other. They're a little yellow. Probably not enough water. I just put a good amount in just then. Second pic is both of them. They're in a 10" diameter planting pot.

preying mantis... ahh those things creep me out

Wow. Another third one sprouted later. It must of gotten a little more sunlight just to get out. So far so good. Any suggestions so far?

Is that a different location than last time? If it's the same, I'd errect a fence around the patch if you know for sure nobody will come around the area to prevent what happened to your plants last time.

Everything is looking good. Sunlight looks great in that area, you are sure to grow some beauties.

New spot. Not too worried of animals. I'm still going to put dog fur (right?) around the planting-pot.

just a suggestion... put up some chicken wire or something in a dome shape around the plant... you don't even have to remove it later... the plant will grow thru it in a lst'd fasion...

on a side note... my dog keeps critters out of my yard, and therefore, my patch cuz I let him run free around the yard... he marks his territory, and thereby, keeps all other critters away... take any pets u have with u when u visit yer patch....

Wow. Theres way more in that pot than I thot. They're all growing around the same size now. Almost 3 inches. Only one set of leaves. I'll have pics up tomorrow of day 4.

Ok. A little problem....so I planted 9 seeds, not thinking all of them would grow. On the 2nd day, there was only 3...now there is 9 on the 4th day. 9 of them in one pot? Its not that big. I'm not sure they will grow with that many in the pot. Any help?
They look good as heck tho:).
First pic - All 9 in the pot. Second pic - The tallest one Third pic - Side view of them. Fourth pic - Top view of tallest one. With 2 smaller ones.

You need 5 gallon containers & Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. There are a course you know to many planted so I would wait until they get a little bigger or you might lose majority of the little ones. Make sure after transplanting you water them not to much and don't do the transplant in the heat wave if it is hot for you.

I am new to growing also but from what I see this is what I would do.

Your seedlings have a great color to them. Be careful transplaning when your ready. Make sure you feel all your pots half way with soil before transplanting. Makes life easier on you & the little ones.

I hope I helped you. Sun is coming down it is time to smoke.

Thanks KGB. I'm getting bigger pots, 5 gallon buckets precisely. I'll let the little ones die, but I'm transplanting at least 2 in 2 days to a little bigger pot. Not a 5 gallon tank yet. I also have one that somehow grew out of nowhere. It is in a pixie cup and its growing good. I put it up in my window to get light.

Ok. Wow. Long time since i've updated. Room mate told me that I could only have one plant going. I put it in in a dixie cup with some of the same mixture i did with the soil. I've been gone/busy for a couple weeks and just letting it naturally grow. It's 8-9" and I'll have pics up soon. Its definitely past its time to get transplanted, but its lookin' real good.
Thanks for waiting (if u did)

Can not wait to see your updated pictures. lol
