The problem that I have experienced,
Is that when you flush, you are really releasing even more of the ferts that they put into the soil from the git-go. Use a good moisture probe, and check all the way to the bottom of your container. Should you discover that there is still plenty of moisture down there then do not water, instead allow your grow to drink it up. Dry out your soil a bit, but do not hurt the plant by making it die of thirst. It's a fine line you get to walk. When your soil is dried out a tad, or your plant starts talking to you saying it needs something to drink, then give it a good flush.
The exception to this would be if you added a bunch of nutes to the already existing stuff that was mixed in by the manufacturer.
That being the case then I would recommend giving your plants a real good flush, but make sure that they don't end up sitting in the water as that would start to promote root rot. Good Luck and grab some forum reading on this, as you will find that these subjects have been talked about a lot in here. This place has some bodacious growers, and they love to be of help.
