Good morning, Island denizens!

Mostly cloudy with rain here, starting at 48F and predicted to reach 62F.

I was able to schedule my appointment to a sports medicine Physiatry doctor to look for alternative treatments to my lower back issues than surgery. Despite predictions to the contrary, they had an opening in 2023. I managed to sleep last night by jamming two pillows between my thighs, to pull the hip joint out of the socket some.
