well you germed them right.
tin foil is a bad idea, the sealed case isn't gonna work, and your gonna want alot more light real soon.
heres what you need imho. flat white paint reflects better than tin foil and is easy to maintain. you need constant air flow in your grow area to insure the plant has fresh air plus a fan blowing on the stems will make them stronger. as far as lights go your gonna want 3000 to 5000 lumens per sq ft. you want a cfls or hid light anything else just won't do the job. in veg you want a light with a more blue color 6500k, in flowering you want more red 2700k. this info is listed on most light boxes at walmart or homedepot. you can also find deals on hps light online. imo you'd be better off growing that plant in a window seal. the setup you have just won't do the way it is. thats just my opinion. but with a little time and money you can be growin some killer smoke.
