I was kind of hoping you would say that because I hadn’t been putting the floater on them until the day of flip.
That floater can be used as a trainer in veg and a scrog in flower. Only difference being a trainer is smaller.

It all pivots around early training. Making that base for the screen. Keeps the plant super low, creates more bud sites, and makes the plant develop some large thick secondary branches which will host many more branches for ya and some hefty buds at harvest.

@Thomas81 is killing it with his floater. Real nice self contained scrog. He got a leggy sativa girl all corralled in there. Good stuff!
 
A very healthy and vigorous Cap Junky monster clone. Taken at 21 days flower. If this girl keeps growing like this I'll have to find space in the flower tent somehow. I don't think I can coral it for another 6 wks.

I really like how they unfold from the bud. Leaving calyxes in the wake as they branch.

I’ll crack the scrog method. I think I’m going to have to make a fixed scrog though as I can only fit 1 plant in my grow space, 6/8 week veg makes a big heavy girl.
