1st grow When to flower/ different age plants

I'm planning on transplanting to 3 gallon pots for the big three and flowering in a week. They are about 45 days old and have a good amount of tops. I'm not sure if I can leave the small ones in With them or need to move them outside. At least 2 of the big ones are female I can't tell the third yet.
