did you even read what i said?
Of course I read what you wrote, but in my defense, I was HAF, lol.

I use calcium nitrate and Epsom salt for CalMag.
In a gallon jug, I run a couple cups of hot tap water in the bottom. I then add 1/2 teaspoon of calcium nitrate.
Shake jug until dissolved.
I then add 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom.
Shake until dissolved, then finish filling the gallon jug with cold water.
My plants are in 5 gallon grow bags.
I give the plants 1/2 gallon of the CalMag mix at a time. Some plants need CalMag more than others.
I believe you need to up your dosage.

This HerijuanaxBlueberry plant has been fed straight CalMag ever since I flipped it 22 days ago.
This plant would probably look like yours if I wasn’t doing that, and as you can see, the steady diet of CalMag has had no ill effects.

sorry, i meant no disrespect, im just getting really frustrated , first time growing and trying to get answers, but i get a lot of likes 👍👍👍, which dont help, im doing this to help my son who spends $600 a month at the rip off medical desp. (he has severe glaucoma) im 77 yrs old , retired, and spend a lot of time reading about growing, but getting frustrated by the fact that all this is guessing game, guess wrong and you lose months of hard work. im trying not to lose any plants, not worried about cost, just 4 months of a lot of work. ive been debating whether or not to buy a calicum meter ($400) to measure soil content, because if i add too much calicum ill be royally screwed, just moneys getting a little thin right now LOL, ANYWAY thanks for answering me. have a great day and try not to get haf, ROTFL

“have a great day and try not to get haf, ROTFL”

That is a big negatory.

Not totally uncommon for a plant to start to yellow in mid flower.

Looking at these plants I can give ya some good news. They are gonna finish okay. Yeah, there's a little ding in there but it happens. Try not to get to worked up over it. It happens to all of us all at some point.

Anyways, have ya ever upped the feed a little? Demands for nutrients becomes critical in flower and the plant wants more. If it can't find it. It will feed off of itself...hence the damaged leaf.

Epsom salts is often overlooked but is essential for a flowering plant. Many formulas don't have near enough. Then there's calcium. Lacking this will kill a grow. Calmag works but as your finding it's not the answer to every damaged leaf.

I'd up the food a little n see what happens. I feed mine every watering but I use Jack's so it's pretty simple.

Just to ease your anxiety and frustration check out my Tangie. She's as yellow as Dorthys path in the wizard of oz. She's been yellow since late in week 5 and I just keep feeding her the standard dose I feed everyone. I'm not worried at all. She will finish with lots of nice bud.

Indoors in flower, I added calmag virtually every watering (almost everyday) at similar ratios. I fill the nute bucket with Jack's Bloom and calmag, and I'm growing in Promix. As the flowering went on, I kept hitting them harder with calmag til two weeks before chop. I was afraid over overdoing it, but found my plants could handle more. It does take some practice, but you'll learn more each week and your grows will show it.

Need to know a few things to diagnose
What fertilizer and how much
What grow media you using
Watering cycle and how much and PH
Temps and RH
Hi, im using vivosun nutrients a 401 b 142 mixed at 10 ml per gallon of water, adjusted ph to 6.0,, 6 ozs for each plant (i have 10 ) every 4 to 5 days, past ten days ive been adding cal-mag mixed at 5 ml per gallon, and feeding every other day, 5 ozs to each plant. im using fox farm happy frog soil mixed with some coco for drainage. ( which i found out too late i shouldnt have mixed them ) i water every 4 to 5 days (when the moisture content drops to 10 to 12 %) after i water moisture content goes to 18 to 22 % and slowly drops to 10 to 12 %. i check every day for moisture and ec levels. i used reverse osmosis water adjusted to around 6.0 ph. tent temps average 78 to 80 degrees during the day with leaf temps averaging 72 to 74 degrees measured with infared temp meter, tent temps at night (lights off) average 72 degrees, daytime humidity and night time humidity average 44 to 47 %. i have a dehumidifier running 24 hrs a day and an air conditioner running during the day to keep tent temps down as the led lights generate a lot of heat. i run my lights at 60 % with the ppfd around 600 . from everything ive read i should be around 800 to a 1000 for flowering but im afraid they might get light burn. if i missed something just ask please. thanks for any help you may offer. george

You might try raising your pH closer to6.7 or 6.8
6.0 is a little low for soil. If you look at the ph chart your plant can't uptake all the nutrients it needs at a ph of 6.0 in soil.
Maybe that's why the CalMag is not working.
Hydro uses a lower pH like 5.8 but soil needs it closer to 6.7 or 6.8

I'm with Weedy on that one. That ph is low for soil. Lock out can occur.

A lot of us here use promix and Jack's nutrients. Eliminates chasing that ph dragon. Promix does a great job with ph and Jack's...well it grows some danky stanky weed with minimal effort. Many of us have lost our ph, ec, ppm, meters and ph down.

Today it's measure a 1/4tsp jacks, calcium nitrate, and Epsom in a gallon of tap water. Every watering from seedling to harvest. Can't get much easier. If ya wanna see some results check my threads.

Just some thoughts for the future.

Hi, i used to work at a hospital in charge of maintenance and i had to do extensive research before i did anything with critical systems involving patients. ( didnt want to kill any) i researched growing for 3 months before i bought anything. needless to say, i took fox farms at their word about their soil being ready to use out of the bag. wrong, their stuff (i just bought 2 more bags of happy frog) tested at 5.0 ph. anyway the soil in my plants is way too low and i tried to correct it a couple of months ago, now what i have is the top 5, 6 inches at 7.0 ph and the bottom 6 inches at under 5.7, everytime i added stuff to raise ph ( used one plant to experiment) the top half went off the scale at 8.5 ph and didnt raise the bottom half so i stopped. too late now to transplant into other containers. you can bet i wont make that mistake again. taking fox farms at their word, (ready to use right out of the bag) so i guess ill just have to hope that i get some kind of buds to harvest in 5 or 6 weeks. ive been keeping a journal since i started so i wont make the same mistakes thanks for the info george

Or mine and several others too

Speaking from experience I can tell ya promix is ready. Right outta the bag. I add nothing to it except Jack's.

@MariJan has used jacks in soils with very good results. Maybe she can provide some input.
