So our trip was about 3 weeks so I have to break it down. Started out in Ocean City Maryland. Lots of good food. Lots of wild horses. Then we went to Baltimore Maryland for a couple nights. More good food and Live casino let me win $1000 to take on board to start gambling with. After going through Chesapeake Bay it started to get a little rough for people who get motion sickness. My wife being one. After a couple of days she was getting pretty bad and nothing was working to help. I found her a prescription patch and the next day she was better. This being a two week cruise there was only 13 children on board. That being said it felt like I checked into a floating nursing home. Our first stop was St. Thomas USVI. That was the first time I saw more than a few fish while snorkeling. We fell in love with it instantly. Next stop was St Martens USVI. We had a retreat room for a day. Infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean crashing into the cliff side. We got a taxi driver to take us for a tour back to port.$100 for a hour. We became friends within minutes. He ended up driving us to all 3 cultures of the island, stopping several times for pictures he had us for 2 1/2 hours and didn't want us to leave. I forgot to mention that Juan is a pothead. I'm sending him a package. Lol. From there we went to St. Kitts Dutch West Indies. We took about a half hour taxi ride to a place called Conkleshell Beach. The ride had spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side of the mountain and the Caribbean on the other at the same time. From there we had a day at sea. We did a at sea burial for my mom. Then Aruba. We did a bus tour and Beach excursion then a sunset cruise. But there was no sunset because of the storm clouds but still a good time. From there we went back to Curacao which is the closest island to where my mom is. Turned out to be our favorite stop. Wild donkeys everywhere. One even tried to eat everything in our golf cart. From there we went to Grand Turk . Back to the floating nursing home here our departure was delayed for a medical offload to an ambulance. Coming home we had heavy seas from a tropical storm. Coming around Virginia entering the Chesapeake Bay the Coast Guard had to air lift a heart attack patient and someone else died. It was very eventful and memorable. We won a 5 day cruise playing Bingo. Planning on next trip most of the day today between smoking. Then we can't make a decision. There was so much and all the liquor and the consumed it kind of all runs together. Made some good friends on this trip. As many inconveniences as we had this trip will be hard to top and we have been on a lot of vacations.
