I will post update photos probably tomorrow. My grow kinda started on a Wednesday so I need to move my updates to Wednesdays instead of Fridays. Yesterday I hooked up a 6" carbon filter and fan in my lung room and vented it out to the basement. My house was starting to stink. I noticed it the other day when I came home from work. Maybe 1 day I will hook up a dryer type vent and just vent it out of the house all together, but for now, people ask fewer questions if I'm not adding a vent to my house.

Here is a pic of what I usually get when the plants start growing fast. So far this 1 plant is the only 1 really showing the leaves curling down. I believe this is due to under watering. I'm open to suggestions. View attachment 372226View attachment 372228
Yeah man, that's some N toxicity waiting to happen. Easy fix. I'm sure ya got a handle on it.

I use calcium nitrate and ya gotta be careful with riding that N tox line. I've had a few plants claw up and go all weirdo on me. They recover well but still it will slow things down a little until all is repaired.

I am only using water for now with the trouble plant.

So here is my quick update at week 4. I'm just showing a quick shot of each tent. I can say right now that the best "healthiest" looking plants are the plants with grow dots... and the plants in the coco loco. I will definitely be paying attention the rest of this grow. I could definitely start to see myself using these 2 items in my future auto grows.

Yeah, them autos don't give ya much time to correct an issue. N moves around pretty fast. Ya may loose a few leaves but that new growth will let ya know your on the right track.

It doesn't look that bad really. This plant will prob rebound pretty fast.

I think the coco is wicking water better, and i think this coco loco is just more forgiving of under and over watering. I feel like it is wicking better than the peat, and the air holding ability seems to be more forgiving if you over water. And the grow dots are making things almost too easy.

Ok, so i am starting to like these moisture meters... I am definitely under watering. My moisture on most of my plants was down around 20-25% I watered until we were closer to 50-60% before work tonight.

So we will see how everything yields and smokes, but for right now, I'm really liking the structure of the Runtz and the Red Gorilla Girl XL. They are shorer, bushy, and have lots of tops without any real training. I have pulled a few fan leaves that were blocking bud sites, but so far that is it. I pulled 4 fan leaves from the cookies kush this morning too, and by the time I went to work, she looked really happy. I will post before and after pics of the cookies kush tomorrow morning. But for now, the Runtz and Red Gorilla Girl XL. Runtz in coco with grow dots in the middle and in ocean forest kinda to the back right.

Lastly the Red Gorilla Girl XL which is also in coco with grow dots.

If these coco plants turn out well, I can see myself growing all my autos this way going forward. The cookies kush is in coco also. She is looking like she will be the last to start flowering. Here is a before defoliation pic. She is super short and squat.
