Sorry SubbieThought it was gonna be a beautiful day but found this when we left for the dog walk. Tree limb fell on my vehicle smashing the roof sunroof windshield hood and front end. Glass shattered on my seats too. Insurance company contacted. I wonder if they total it at this point? Everything’s bent. Don’t know if it starts but it has a big gash over the engine…

Yep… thanks GW I hope it works out ok. I have full coverage but I love my vehicle and it had all the bells and whistles I liked. Most of those whistles are smashed now. I put a tarp over it so the interior would not get wet with the rain we are expecting. They can’t tow it till Monday…Well sh.it! Good luck with the adjuster!
Yes it’s a good thing big. I’d hate to hear a fight y’all had about who gets to empty the dishwasher in the morning. . I’m like you and clean up as I go along but use a lot of stuff too like Swede. I use the dishwasher some usually when we have guests but I can wash dishes a lot better than that machine can and usually have time when things are cooking in between stirring and waiting…good luck SG , life always throws us a twist now and then eh
meanwhile in the kitchen , when i cook a meal i clean as i go and when supper is over there are very few dishes to do and its quick and easy to be done with the kitchen and wake up to it all clean
but not Swede , she can dirty up more dishes faster than anybody ive been with and then she loads up the dishwasher and then empties it all in the morning
it is a good thing that we are all different
Thank you hippie for those kind brotherly words . Yes, that is the bright side. I’m glad I wasn’t standing there or even in the truck when it happened. We heard a loud sound last night 9:30 ish. (I remember saying, that didn’t sound good…) Kinda scared me as we just heard about these guys steeling from our neighborhood. We both armed up and went outside front and back but everything was quiet. I even shined my light down the driveway but didn’t go around to the front to see the damage. I’m sure this was the loud sound. We had a storm brewing and the winds were high. We live under beautiful 100 year oaks and other established trees…Look on the bright side, Subby. At least you weren't flying down the road when the tree fell on yer vehicle. They make cars everyday. No spare parts for Subbie. You're one of a kind!
