Morning gang. Smoked three deer necks and a Boston butt yesterday. Hickory wood, almost 12 hours. Mixed some bbq sauce up and away we went. Coleslaw…. Lots of work but we packed away 18 pounds of pulled bbq for the freezer. After I shared with the in laws and my parents. Now I have some freezer space.
