Ok roster just say you got 2.3 in reserves lol.
My father sold a few pieces of his businesses last year and banked rolled pretty well. I’m happy for him. For once in his 65 years he can buy what he wants. Of course he doesn’t want an original Ford GT40 lol. But whatever his hobby farm needs he can finally afford it.
The Truth is
As I got older and had more money to spend I stopped spending, I have all the toys and tools I will ever need ever.
Once in a blue moon I treat myself to a new lawn tractor, but pretty much that's it.
I do watch the wife spend money but she requires not much either. I would love to be young again and have my boats, but alas those days are far behind unless I can buy new body parts.
ENJOY EVERDAY Folks and live life to the fullest, have a big family with lots of kids.
Wish I did.
Money does help take away some of the pain if you have a little extra.

Good morning big. A hot bowl of oatmeal should stick to your ribs and warm you up for another cold day. It’s very pleasent unusually warm this morning 70ish. We do have rain in our forecast but I’m thankful for the warm breaks we are getting this winter so far
To lazy to make a bowl, I eat oatmeal a few times a week
Good stuff

All kinds since I was a kid growing up on the water
I loved to buy older boats that people stopped loving and fix them back up.
I would use them for a year or so and move on to another boat.
I would repower, repaint, and rebuild it if need be to almost original condition.
I rebuild many an engine back to new specs, and all new parts that could be replaced.
I never had a sailboat, my sister had a 40plus footer that could go around the world I was never very impressed the few times we sailed. I enjoyed the speed and power.

Good morning Graywolf, Roster, and all. 67 F and rain coming.
Good morning Ness!

To be honest I know there is a keel that sticks down in the water below the boat to prevent it from flipping.
I know hardly anything else about Sailboats. I did know how to patch holes in them .
I like working in glass but it was nasty on the nose and lungs.

The Ocean is awesome, we swam in it almost everyday during the summer
My Dad worked part time at Jones Beach and got free tickets to the shows
We saw a load of musicals
