the last and only job i had at a winery was that of an apprentice cork soaker

soaking corks aint as east as it sounds

Yep putting them into that vat of Sodium metabisulfite and watching them rotate is hard .
The place my friend owned used a clean cement mixer

So yes sirbig it can be very dangerous.
