if you get a male mixed in you pull it up. if some roots get in there its not the end of the world- as long as its not the entire fully mature rootmass.

As for pot size, I always say the largest you can fit into your space. The more root space you have, the better.

Thats a good idea. Males = seeded bud = booo unless u want seeds >_<

i advise not to transplant after sex is shown .. i did this and it caused me to have a herm.. but i got lucky none of my buds where seeded i found only one seed in two plants and i trashed it.. i suggest after sexing cutting the bottom out of the cup and putting it ontop of a 1-3 gallon pot . but remember to put atleast 1-3 inches of the roots in the pot.. this should cut down on the stress caused from transplanting ....... hope this helps good luck
