So I was wondering.. since so many people on here post and show pics of their indoor/outdoor grows, how come the cops dont find out our IP addresses from our comps and track us down lol. Has anyone thought of that? and I'm pretty sure they could

Server is in amsterdam. It "could" happen but would be an unprecedented thing and an international incident. Search and seizure laws vary from country to country.
I don't forsee Europe even "pondering" the thought of allowing the United states butting in like that.

A couple years back my buddy had a website with some questionable content on it. He made a disclaimer saying that if you are any type of LEO or government official you do not have permission to view his site.

That would be a neat idea to do here. If we were to institute something like that and somehow one of us got nabbed that had a GJ and they got our IP and traced it back to our ISP's and then got a warrant and forced the ISP to release our name, would the disclaimer hold up in court? I mean I have heard of MURDER cases that were thrown out because the police illegally seized evidence (no search warrant, etc.). I wonder how that would work...

Also, I think we should make it so you have to sign up to view the boards of pictures.
