When they held the second High Times Cannabis Cup in Clio, a friend of mine asked his cop buddy if they had any problems with the stoners driving out afterwards. He said he had to pull a few over on Dort Hwy. and tell 'em to speed up a little 'cause they were causing a traffic backup.
