I've cut back to 8-10 Cokes a day.

Sugar diabetes......

Haven't drank sodas in yrs. I take a drink of Canada Dry sometimes if I have stomach issues.
I don't do cakes and pies or hardly any sugar.
Don't have any Diabetes and don't want too.

I have tried those with no sweetener in them but always wondered how they get such a strong cherry, watermelon whatever the flavor is in there

No but I drank those before at my daughters and often wondered if the flavoring was something safe to drink. When you look at the nutrition label there seems to be nothing in it. I guess grapefruit oil is not bad so maybe the grapefruit ones are ok.
