So I have a handful of plants going in the closet right now.. They are probably closing in on 4-5" tall.. I have a couple of them in 2 gallon grow bags and the rest in 6" diameter pots.. My question is, if height is an issue, would not switching these plants to bigger containers be a better solution? I would hate to switch them all to bigger containers, watch them expand and run out of room.. So granted that they may be smaller, will keeping them in these containers otherwise be bad? This is my first grow, looking for the experieince and a small amount of bud, not huge yields.. yet. Thanks.

How much room do you have? I use topping and low stress training (LST) when height is a problem. There is also the technique of just growin them SOG style. Do a search and you'll find gobs of info on all of these styles of growing. The answers are all there for the pickin'

Peace...j.b.
