please help

anyone know how many plants i can grow in a big closet 6x3(18sq ft ) i have 1000 watt hps .just dont want to overcrowd them ,closet has very good ventalation,,,,, thanks for any help

Well, 16 sq. foot would be 16 plants, around 4 - 5 foot tall, in 5 gallon pots 12" around.

Exactly what I'm doing except I'm in a 4x4 not a 6x3.

two to four plants, if grown right, will fill your room.

i would go for 2 and give each a 3' square.

16 plants are too many for 1k light unless you are using the scrog or sog technique in which case ignore me.

Well, it all depends on what type of breed you want. I recommend you do some research at some seed banks and read the discription of plants and then decide what will meet your needs. Only you can make that choice.

I said 16 cause that's the max you could do with the floor space. But Grim is right, so is nob, so is weeddog. It all depends on how you like you bud I guess. If you want them huge buds like Grim grows you will have to go more light and less plants and sell your soul to the devil.
