Hi all my plants were growing perfect but i had a 1000 watt light high above them and the tops started to burn a little so i got rid of dead leaves and switched back to other lights I was using and they were growing fine before with the same lights but now they dont seem to be. I was hoping someone could tell me what nute deficiency i might have and how i could make them healthy again?

It doesn't look like it is a nutrient def. it looks more like heat/light stress. Its probably from where you switch your lights. Also, Find a way to lower the temperature and/or increase the circulation in the grow room or grow area if heat is the problem. If your marijuana plants are just getting too much light, try removing some of the lights or moving your lights further away from the tops of the plants.

Incandescent bulbs? Without knowing anything else I know you need better lighting. Was the 1000w HPS?

im with Nova on this one. those lights aren't any good for growing mj as you can see by the large space between nodes. i would say solve the light problem and see what they do. its not a nute diff imo.

Its your lights mate, Those bulbs are in no way enough to let that plant grow.
It has come to a stop because it doesnt have the required energy from the light to grow.

Hey there are other lights above that but i'm about to move them to another room with better ventilation and set up the 1000 watt hps thanks for the quick reply saves me money on some things i was gana get ill let you know how they turn out after a couple days.

I really hate to tell you this, but I would scrap these and start over entirely. The internode spacing is huge and you have virtually no foliage on these. I doubt they would yield more than a few grams.

You really need to learn more about growing. As others pointed out, incandescents are worthless for growing. I am sure this is why you have such huge internodal spacing and virtually no foliage. You also need a space that is enclosed, so that the light you do have is not dispursed throughout the entire room. Your plants need fresh air all the time the lights are on. You need some kind of exhaust set up. You should also have an oscillating fan blowing on the plants to move the air around and strengthen the stems. What are you using for a soil mixture? What are you feeding them?

We are trying to help the guy, not belittle him.

Nothings funny about his problems with his Plants. We are here to help PPL learn to grow proper Bud. This guy will not learn anything by talking crap to him about his Grow.
nasir,,HG is right,,no need to waste more time with those,,but you can get right back on track in no time with the proper setup.
1st off Incandesants will not grow Buds,,which is what ya want in the end.
The 1000watt HPS will be great for your girls once ya get them Vegged. Use some CFL's(6500K) or,,, what alot of us use for Vegging is T5s(6500K). You can keep Floras real close to the top of yur plants and they will bush out real nice for ya.
The truth is Bro,,yur gonna have to setup a Grow space with proper ventalation and temps. Plus ya wanna get the best use of your Lums.

These plants do not appear to have alternating nodes and so are too young to ***.

I would suggest that you try and do some more reading and studying. Here are the important things. You will need to set up a space to grow in. If you have space, it is quite nice to have both a vegging space and a flowering space. The vegging space can be significantly smaller than the flowering room, unless you are keeping moms. Learn your lighting needs--3000 lumens per sq ft with blue spectrum lighting for vegging and 5000 lumens of red spectrum for flowering. Do some research on ventilation. A 1000W HPS gets hot and you need to keep it cool. Also, your plants need a continual suply of fresh air all the time the lights are on. Learn the temps, rh, and food they need. Read up on soil mixtures and nutrients. Learn the importance of pH and ppms. Learn how best to germinate seeds. Learn to clone.

Very true Nova, There is no need to make the Member feel bad because a grow didn't go well, I know everyone who has messed up a grow including my self.

To the OP, You said you have a whole room to grow? Are you legal? Curious to know so may be able to give you advise on odour control as well.

If you want to grow your self some Good Dank then hang around and ask questions, Lots of members here willing to give help to any question no matter how silly you may find it.
