So I planted them into solo cups on 2/10/25 13 days ago.. They seemed fine up tell the day I transplanted them into 5gal pots. I mean other then the wind burn some of them have. They just seemed to be out growing the cups..

Mars hydro says to keep my light at 12' at 25% for 18h
an in veg have it the same Hight but at 50% power

But i felt like I was cooking them so I moved the light to 24' and kept it at 25%
I did this 3-4 days Before I transplanted them..

So my question is, is the yellowing on the tips and in the middle of one of the leaves from heat or is it just time to give it some neuts? or both?
I Know solo cups dont hold to much food for em. So maybe it ran out as i was transplanting them?

Take a look and tell me what you think and i`ll try and answer as best as i can

Also right now i am using well water PHing at 5.80 when they were just seeds and now i PH to 6.30.. Wednesday my RO Filter comes, So it will be RO water from there.. But they had good old rusty well water for their first few waters..

First off welcome aboard. Nice to see a new guy show up all squared away. These plants look great so far.

Ahhh well thanks for having me here :) Good to be here... looking forward to sittin around and maybe even learning a few things here and there :)

This was just kind of a trial run to see how it all works out.. these will probably be males.. Ive got some FiveAlive and White Truffle Ice Cream seeds.. But didnt want to start my first grow with them and be a noob and kill em. So I figured id try some random seeds first. But it does seem to be working nicely. So we will see how the ground grows..

alright, So well good to know im fussing over nothing :)

also Hippie, No I havnt used any Epson as of yet, all ive used so far is just water and Xtreme Gardening RTI 4401 Mykos Granular
I start the epsom at flower unless I get purple stems in veg. Then I see purple stems I start adding it and the Cal nit. Some plants are heavy feeders.

A phosphorus deficiency is usually the cause of purple stems.

Some plants like this CJ just seem to get them no matter what I throw at them..lol. Very healthy but very purple too.

Some times the purple id from breeding. My beast has some purple bred into her hence some have purple buds only a few though. I have a photo all purple buds, and an auto with purple swirled through it.

I've got a MarsHydro 300 watt light and it's very dim at 25%. My plants are just over 3 weeks and they are probably at 60% which gives 500ppfd at 12". The dial which boasts intensity on lights don't have a uniform ratio as you turn it up.
Photone is a free app for your phone which gives ppfd when you hold it under the light. Not as accurate as costly meters but puts you in the ballpark. Plenty of charts giving suggested levels for various grow stages. It's a handy tool.
