ok so this is my second time growing. the pics are of my ladies all in one pot. i dont know what strand, i just know that i like what i see so far! what do yall think? any suggestions would be great. these pics are of the plants at 3 weeks, they are now at 4 weeks and i will be posteing updated pics.

Welcome to MP Street. Good to have you here. This site is filled with all sorts of information that will help you along the way to growing mj. This site also houses lots of members that are more than willing to help you out in any way possible. This site is a valuable resource so make sure to use it as much as you possibly can. READ, READ, READ my friend. All the basics will be covered in the reading of this site.

First, you should never plant more than one plant in a container. Several of those plants are going to be male, therefore no good for smoking. You will have to get rid of the males. I would say trash those plants and start fresh. Make sure to read over the site really well before diving in.

Is this indoor or outdoor?
What kind of soil are you using?
What fertilizers are you using?
If indoors, what kind of lighting are you using?

well they they are farther along then shown in the pic. they are all female, i read up and sexed them that way. and as far as soil and fertilizer go, im just using organic grow for like tomatoes and such. im not trying to grow anything crazy thas why i opted for that kind of soil. the pic below is the most recent..

They are reasonably healthy but how do you know they are all female? Are they clones or feminized seeds? You can purchase feminized seeds but you say you don't know what strain they are. If those aren't clones, I can guarantee you that you are going to have males in there my friend. Next time, I would only put one plant in each pot. That pot is also really small. Those need transplanted into a larger container, I believe. Just my thoughts. Take care and be safe.

yea man i got a bigger pot for them, i jus havnt had a day off this week. how do i kno they r all female? well i did a little research and i found how to sex them. and they all looked female, no worries man. its really not to hard to grow some good bud...lol but thanks for the info, much appreciated.ill keep up weekly pics of them.

Hey street not sure what your looking at but at four weeks and the size of the plants now i really don1t think your seeing all female. Im not saying they can`t all be female but im just saying they are to young too tell yet. A seasoned grower most likely could not sex those plants yet. But you are in the best place to learn. Read listen and learn. Try and seperate them if you can, If not you can just pick the best looking one and clip the others off at the soil and let the one stay. Slim

dey look great i got a couple seeds outside dat are supposed to b granddaddy(got 1 seed out of a 8th grew it didnt wanna waste it so i mixed it with a male skunk #1 i had) mixed with skunk 1 n dey look look almost like dat
these plants wer awesome dey were damn near 7 feet tall even wiith LST i got roughly 2 lbs and dey smell soo good and turn nice and purple and i knoe it wasnt from da weather cuz i had a nyc desiel clone rite next to it dat took longer bud and it was completely lime green even tho it went all da way in to november

They look good, too early to tell if they're male or female though. Looks like they could use a little nitrogen too, just to get 'em a nice dark green tint. Definately sativa.. good luck man

Now is the time for LST if you want to keep them short.

Once you start to see alternating nodes you can tell there sex or you can take a clone now and put it in 12/12 by the time it roots it will show sex.

LST (dont know the exact words) means bending the plant to make long colas from the nodes......like bending it along a fence like a grape vine kinda......keeps the profile of the plant low. good luck.

2 pounds? really?!

what all did you do do get that kind of yeild?


try the supercroping technique in my sig, that will help the height bro and yeild some dense buds.

i would also seperate them and put each in a larger container

i know i need to seperate them into diferent pots but im prolly not going to. i like how it looks when they start to bud, i mean they are good looking plants. im not counting on these plants to grow or anything, im just doing it for fun and of course to grow better weed then what people buy lol well what they normally buy. i might have to move them indoors here n a month 1/2 cuz thats when i move into my apartment. ill look more into the supercropping thing thanks! :smoke1:
