Hee, hee, hee, our Cordon Bleu chef friend delivered our Christmas gift late, which was a loaf of bread that he made containing whole wheat flour, fortified wheat flower, maple syrup, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, yeast, salt, and vinegar.

Tasty stuff, which we sampled last night in the form of BLT's, using the last of our windowsill ripened tomatoes from our garden.
