Any of you guys ever dealt with Barrets Esophagus?
About 12yrs ago I had an Endoscopy and doc said I had the beginnings of it. My doc now says I need to have it checked and see how it's progressed. So when I set up to have a Colonoscopy I'll have to do the damn Endoscopy too.
Barrett's can turn into cancer although they say it's very rare. Scares the crap outta me although I don't really have any symptoms. I can swallow food just fine and I have never coughed up blood or anything.

I've got it, use to wake me up out of a dead sleep like i was going to throw up the acid would burn like hell im also diabetic lost my insulin on vacation and tried to eat mostly protein by the end of the week i had no heartburn i cut out gluten as much as i could an luckily if i don't eat alot of gluten no heartburn and no heartburn meds

I didn't know that's what they called it, but I've had it that long or longer. Doesn't happen often anymore. I noticed excessive amounts of beer seem to trigger it, or too much food too late in the evening.

@WeedHopper i have finally seen som action from the marigold box. I had them under a plant light for a while but moved them into the clone house with the heat mat and humidity about a week ago. I check them every day and hope that this tiny bit of green I see today is marigolds

Everytime I try a new Italian Restaurant I order Eggplant. I guage how good the place is by their eggplant. Love the stuff...I would have never guessed.

I have several eggplants in my garden and can’t wait until they produce!!!

Good morning brothers and sisters! More rain here today, starting at 39F.

Hee, hee, hee, I unwrapped the head of "lettuce" that I picked up for a nice salad last night and discovered it was a cabbage, soooo I will be whomping up some sweet and sour cabbage with Andouille, as soon as I pick up some Andouille.

A couple loads of laundry yesterday and a couple more today and I'm caught up again.

The Grayfox walked four blocks with Miss Layla and me in the rain yesterday and is practicing on our stairs. She also fixed dinner last night. Good to see her doing well and up and about!

Good morning boys & girls. Snowing here. The Old Hen, in her infinite wisdom, hid all the straight razors. She's smart enough to know that I wouldn't leave blood stains on the Buck collection and chance that they'd rust, and as a NRA Benefactor Member, I'd never use a gun. If it doesn't quit soon, I'm gonna put on some dark clothes and sit Buddha style in the center south bound lane of I 75.

Air conditioning kicked on four times yesterday. Woke up to a 65 degree house. Walt would be an ice sickle. Fires the boiler back up. Living in Michigan is great.
